RV Lane Rental Rates

Lanes 1 & 2 are too small for vehicles, and are reserved for HOA projects (branch removal, gravel/xeriscaping materials…).

Lanes 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, and 11 are available for daily, weekly, or monthly rentals.
Daily: $ 5.00 | Weekly: $ 25.00 | Monthly: $ 100.00

Lanes 7, 8, 10 have been rented for the year (Jan-Dec) at the Annual rate of : $ 1,100

RV Lane Rental Request Agreement:

I understand that this is a reservation request. In the case of a booking conflict or issue, the first to request the lane will receive the reservation. The HOA Board will contact me to confirm availability and this reservation.
Lanes are rented to Homeowners (and guests) only
No commercial vehicles, trailers, equipment, or storage of any kind is allowed.
The Willow Run HOA is not responsible for any damages or loss to personal property or vehicles
The following are allowed, but must be currently licensed, AND be running, or be in good working condition.
- motorhomes
- boats
- cars
- trailers
- personal towing vehicles
Payment Options:
1. Put cash or check in an envelope with your name on it and place it in the drop box just outside of the clubhouse door.
2. Send a check WITH Note on Check “RV Lane Rental” to:
